Doboy CBS-D 750 with Compression Unit: Tortillas in Pre-Made Bags
The Doboy CBS-D 750 continuous band sealer with compression unit easily accepts pre-made bags of tortillas. The machine guides the bag top into the bag trimmer to remove excess bag. It then seals the bags with head and compression and discharges the bags downstream. Syntegon is the industry leader in pre-made bag continuous band sealers.

This is a really cool and great running machine. We make bubble leak testing systems used to quality test flow wrapped packages that come of this machine. Just a week ago, we saw this machine at a food packager in Southern California. It ran so smoothly, we were joking saying that with such machine, you don't need to bubble leak test because all packages come out great. Must be the German Engineering :)

@@unixtohack In the US, we use Rockwell/Allen Bradley. Siemens may have been used in Europe in the past.
@@SyntegonPackagingUSA Over here we use Rockwell and Siemens together for our projects. But for motion Rockwell have more options. Can you have an example using PackML for your machines, or have you your own system controlling equipment states.
